Some people settle for store bought. You’re not some people. Pull in, grab what’s calling, and leave cash or pay from your phone. Y’all are welcome.

Self-serve

How the stand works

1. Pull in. Two parking spots sit right next to the stand. Or park on the road.
2. Take what you came for. Everything is labeled. The stand is honor-system. I’m usually in the kitchen, not at a counter.
3. Pay how you like. Cash is preferred in the box. Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay work at the stand. Or pre-pay a Friday hold below so your goods are waiting.
4. Come early if you can. Open 10am–7pm Fridays, or until we sell out. Hot summer Fridays go fast.

Availability

This is a one-baker stand. When a pan is gone, it’s gone — I don’t mix more dough after Thursday.

Hold online if you’re driving out from Peyton, Falcon, or the Springs and don’t want to gamble on the last loaf.

Join the Thursday list and I’ll send the menu when it posts — plus a text if you want to know when we’re stocked or sold out, so you don’t drive out for an empty shelf.

Cash is still welcome in the box. Pay online if you want a loaf waiting — PayPal, card, or Apple Pay. Or hold it and Venmo / pay cash when you pull in.

Your name on a hold. Goods stay on the shelf until your window. If I’m sold out of an item before I confirm, I’ll message you.

The baker

Hi — I’m Stephanie. When I’m not covered in flour on Thursdays, I’m working my other job and chasing around a toddler. The stand lives at our place on Eureka Road: homemade breads, small cakes, biscuits, and whatever the week is asking for.

I bake Thursday into Friday so it hits the shelves fresh. This week and next are the last of the summer items. Fall flavors start in September.
